I recognise that life can be busy which is why I offer an online booking system to allow you to chose the time that suits you. I can also block book sessions for those who prefer a regular weekly session.

I specialise in working with Grief, ADHD, Autism (ASD), recognising that you may not have a diagnosis or be wondering if that is what is happening for you. 

  Choosing a counsellor can be difficult not knowing anything about them and considering trusting them with something important! Confidentiality is vital in counselling as is trust.
